We’ve compiled a list of five ways to practice self-care in your everyday life.
Over the past few years, journaling as a way to practice mindfulness and self-care has become more mainstream. The simple routine of journaling is often credited with helping to manage stress or anxiety, achieve goals, and improve your brain’s memory and consciousness.
