What can a patient expect?
At the VM Med Family Medicine Center, patients can expect timely and professional care. Simply complete our online form, and our patient affairs coordinator will reach out to confirm your booking.
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted at reception and asked to complete a short intake form. You’ll then be guided to the physician consultation area, where our coordinator will check you in and let you know when your doctor is ready. During your consultation, your physician will take the time to listen to your concerns, perform any necessary examinations, and recommend additional services when appropriate.
Our center offers comprehensive care, from annual exams to acute care. If follow-up care is needed, our team will reach out by email to help you schedule your next visit conveniently.
